So Salcey So Goodie

Every now and then you need to breath a different type of air.  You need to restock and reboot,  you need to press pause and reset.  I find that getting into nature and doing something as simple as walking through the trees is a great way to do this.  It gives us the space (physical and mental) to be able to relax, absorb some of the very best of what nature has on offer and become grounded once more.

    Living in London I often feel suffocated by the city fumes and busy streets and long to escape. I had the opportunity a few months back to visit a retreat near Oxfordshire and it so nice to loose ourselves in trees that surrounded it and breath in the fresh air. A group of us through movement and music explored the four elements of air, water, fire and earth out in the open air and it felt so freeing! What a breath of fresh air as we bonded with nature and as you say ‘grounded ourselves’ bliss! I fully support living and moving and I would love to join you soon!xx

      It is wonderful to get back to nature as often as you can….especially if you live in a big city. I love a city but I think we sometimes can forget that we were in nature first and the cities came afterwards. Enjoy it as often as you can!
